Years ago, someone close to me was abused in a way that you hope no one experiences, it was devastating. I knew we needed more help outside of already using prayer and Priesthood Blessings. (Just like sometimes we need medical attention as part of the healing process) After it happened, I kept having the thought to contact one of my friends that I knew did something with โenergyโ. I had heard her talk about it before but I didnโt completely understand what it was or how it worked, it was kind of a foreign concept. She was basically my first experience with energy work. I was so desperate to get my loved one the help they needed. They were just not themself after that. Theyโre usually so happy and upbeat but I knew that their spirit had to have been offended and I kept feeling like energy work would help, I was willing to try anything and I trusted this friend. So I asked her to work on my loved one and it was like we got our loved one back. I feel like the work she did was the catalyst to all the other healing this loved one received through counseling and continued prayer. As of today, youโd never know that ever happened to them. I will forever be grateful for the help we were given.
My friend not only worked on our loved one but our whole family. It was like going to a doctor for our energetic bodyโs and spirits. I was in awe that it actually worked and I couldnโt get it out of my mind or heart. It wasnโt a matter if I should learn more about it, I just ๐๐๐๐ that I needed to, I ๐๐๐ to learn more about what this friend did. I asked her so many questions and she was so kind to share more about what she had learned and what she did. It was like my mind and heart just needed to wrap around this new concept that was so foreign to me but as I learned more, it felt so ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ซ to me, like I had done it before.
It would take over a year before I actually took my first course in learning about energy work. But I was guided all along the way and have continued to be guided as I learn different modalities and techniques.
But that isnโt the main focus for this post. I want to talk about something that I have learned and grown in because of learning about energy work, and I really donโt think I could have learned it in any other way, my mind has been opened up to thinking deeper and to remain open to learning new things. While I was being taught to work with energy, I learned that it was all about my ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. This has helped to strengthen my ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฑ and especially my ๐ก๐ฃ๐๐ช๐๐ฃ๐ค as I am more intentional about what I pray for, I am more ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ข๐๐ข๐. (I will expound on this more in another post) and especially about the importance of the ๐ ๐ข๐๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ. To me, being able to discern what is good, or of light is so critical!!

I believe that with all of my heart and that charge that he gave us, I take it very seriously. It took me praying for over a year to be told a couple of my gifts but having that knowledge changed the course of my life and opened me up to more of my spiritual gifts. If you donโt know what your ๐ ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ฌ are, please pray to know and ask those closest to you, what they see in you, but more importantly, find out what ๐๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ง sees in you.
Each of us have different jobs and roles in this life. I love hearing how President Nelson has been lead by the spirit in his work as a heart surgeon. Every person, each day, uses their ๐ ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ to help them in their line of work, as a mother or father, in their callings, etc. but please donโt ever find yourself comparing your gifts, talents, and abilities with anyone elseโs. We need everyoneโs ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ. You can have the same gift as someone else but use it in a totally different way.
Some of you already know your Aura Personality and with those, understand some of the gifts that you have that aids you on your mortal journey and being able to accomplish the mission our Heavenly Father has sent you here to do. When I think of all the ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ค ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ฅ, I am reminded that there is no hierarchy on the colors or auras, for one, God is no respector of persons and two, because all light combines to make a brilliant white light, so each of us have been ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ with certain colors of light that comes directly from the Savior. Our Heavenly Parents and Jesus Christ knew what colors we each needed so that we could help and serve our fellow brothers and sisters here on the earth.
Iโd love to hear what you have discovered as youโve studied the things that President Nelson has asked us to study. I love that he has asked us to #HearHim. The other thing that I have learned is how important it is to trust what you are ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ of course using the ๐ ๐ข๐๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ.
๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ซ: I donโt look at energy work as a โspiritual giftโ, but as ๐ ๐๐๐๐ to help the body get into alignment and balance to be able to heal itself. My loved one was able to heal from what happened to them through prayer, Priesthood Blessings, energy work, and also going to counseling. (It took multiple tools). I look at someone that works with energy or an energy worker as a physician for the energetic body.
A doctor, plumber, builder, beautician, singer, energy worker, or a teacher though can be lead by the light of Christ, and I believe we all can be lead by that same light, no matter the line of work we do. We will all use our ๐ ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐ญ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ in all that we do.
